How do you access my Google Business Profile?

After signup, we send you a simple onboarding form requesting Google Business Profile manager access. This allows us to post responses directly to your listing. You retain full ownership — we operate as a manager, not the owner. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google account.

How do you handle HIPAA compliance in review responses?

Our responses are written to never confirm or deny that someone is a patient, disclose any treatment information, or reference any protected health information (PHI). Responses focus on general appreciation, service quality, and direct communication channels — keeping you compliant while still sounding human and engaged. Any review that carries elevated compliance risk is escalated to you before posting.

What happens if a review requires a sensitive or escalated response?

Any review containing legal threats, named-staff accusations, safety or injury claims, billing disputes, or potential HIPAA-adjacent content is immediately escalated to you with full context. What if I get more than 50 reviews in a month?

Both plans include up to 50 review responses per month. If your practice generates more than 50 in a given month, we'll notify you and discuss options. We don't leave reviews unanswered — we'll simply work out an appropriate overage arrangement. This is uncommon for most practices, and we handle it on a case-by-case basis.

What does the monthly report include?

It's designed to give you a clear picture of your reputation health without requiring you to dig through Google Business Profile yourself. Reports are delivered by email on the first of each month.
